Práce se zaměřuje na dobrovolníky působící v sociálních službách v rámci organizované formy dobrovolnictví a je složena z teoretické a praktické části. Teoretická část se věnuje zejména dobrovolnictví v sociálních službách a práci s dobrovolníky v rámci řízeného dobrovolnictví. Praktická část mapuje postoje dobrovolníků vybrané organizace a odpovídá především na otázky: Zda je pro dobrovolníky řízené dobrovolnictví spíše oporou, či zatěžující povinností. Zda dobrovolníci vidí ve své práci s klientem výsledky a jak vnímají dobrovolníci prvky řízeného dobrovolnictví ve vztahu s klientem. Výzkumné otázky jsou zodpovídány prostřednictvím kvalitativní (rozhovory) i kvantitativní (dotazníkové šetření) metodologie. The work focuses on the organized form of volunteering in social services. Theoretical part is concerned with the phenomenon of volunteering in social services and organized forms of work with volunteers Practical part focuses on the attitude of volunteers themselves towards selected organization and the work they perform within the organization and answers following questions: Is organized volunteering helpful or is it rather a burdening obligation? Can volunteers see results of their work with a client? How does organized form of volunteering affects the work with the client and do volunteers appreciate this form as a way of improving their work with the client? The research is conducted mainly by doing interviews and via questionnaires.
