MikroRNA (miRNA) jsou nekódující RNA, dlouhé 19-25 nukleotidů, které ovlivňují genovou expresi inhibicí translace nebo degradací cílové mRNA. Účastní se regulace důležitých buněčných procesů jako je proliferace, apoptosa a diferenciace. K deregulaci miRNA dochází u onemocnění krvetvorby. Velká pozornost je věnována zejména funkci miRNA v karcinogenezi. Tato práce poskytuje úvod k roli miRNA v normální krvetvorbě a shrnuje poznatky získané o roli miRNA u nádorů bílých krvinek, lymfomů. Důraz je kladen zejména na roli miRNA miR-155. Klíčová slova mikroRNA, krvetvorba, lymfomy, miR-155 MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are 19-25 nucleotide noncoding RNAs which regulate the expression of target mRNAs at both posttranscriptional and translational level. The physiological functions of miRNAs include development, differentiation, cell cycle regulation and apoptosis. miRNA deregulation has been found in various human diseases, including lymphoproliferative disorders. This Bachelor thesis provides introduction to delineate roles of miRNAs in normal hematopoiesis and cites recent publications on miRNAs in lymphomas with a focus on the role of miR-155.
