Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou fraktura malleolus lateralis Cíl práce: Cílem je seznámit se v praktické i teoretické rovině s problematikou stavu po zlomenině zevního kotníku. Metodika práce: Práce obsahuje rešeršní zpracování literatury k danému tématu. Je rozdělena na část obecnou a speciální. V obecné části je stručně popsána anatomická stavba a funkce hlezenního kloubu, kineziologie nohy a biomechanika chůze. Dále popisuje traumatologii v oblasti hlezenního kloubu se zaměřením na zlomeniny, diagnostické postupy, léčbu a fyzioterapeutické metody a postupy po zlomeninách hlezenního kloubu. Speciální část je zpracována formou případové studie. Zahrnuje anamnestické údaje pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě byly stanoveny cíle a postup terapie. Práce obsahuje průběh jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Klíčová slova: hlezenní kloub, zlomenina, rehabilitace, fyzioterapie, kazuistika Title: Case Study of A Physiotherapy Treatment of A Patient with the Diagnosis of Fracture of Lateral Malleolus Aim: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to present basic information on ankle fractures and to elaborate a case report of a patient with the above mentioned diagnosis. Method: The thesis consists of two parts: a theoretical part and a practical part. The theoretical part presents a discription of the anatomic structure and the function of the ankle joint, the kinesiology of the foot and the biomechanics of walking. Furthermore, it deals with traumatology of the ankle area focusing on fractures, diagnostic methods, treatment and physotherapy methods and on courses of action after ankle fractures. The practical part is conceived a case study. It includes an anamnesis of a patient, an entrance kinesiology analysis on the baisis of which aims and methods of the therapy were determined. The thesis presents a description of the course of the individual therapeutic units, an output kinesiology analysis and a therapy efficiency evaluation.
