Vinciková Lenka Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Posturální změny u dědičných polyneuropatií - možnosti léčby s využitím fyzioterapeutických metod Abstrakt bakalářské práce: Hereditární polyneuroneuropatie jsou klinicky a geneticky heterogenní skupinou chorob a představují nejčastější dědičné neuromuskulární onemocnění. Prevalence je přibližně 17-40 : 100 000. Nejčastější forma se označuje jako choroba Charcot-Marie-Tooth (CMT) neboli hereditární motorická a senzorická neuropatie (HMSN). Klinické příznaky se objevují nejčastěji v 1. a 2. dekádě, zahrnují atrofie a slabost svalů dolních končetin (peroneální atrofie), deformitu nohy typu pes cavus se zkrácením Achillovy šlachy, areflexii na dolních končetinách a poruchu čití punčochovitého typu. Obtíže pacientů se manifestují ve čtyřech základních oblastech - svalová slabost končetin, poruchy chůze a deformity nohou, neobratnost končetin, poruchy citlivosti (brnění, necitlivost, bolest). Prostřednictvím senzomotorické stimulace (specifická cvičení na labilních plochách) je možné udržet co nejlepší kvalitu hybnosti a stability při stoji a chůzi a zároveň působit preventivně u přidružených kloubních a vertebrogenních bolestí. Vinciková Lenka Oponent práce: Název bakalářské práce: Postural changes in hereditary polyneropathy - treatment possibilities by use of the physiotherapy methods Abstract: Hereditary neuropathy is a clinically and genetically heterogenous group of diseases which most often represent a hereditary neromuscular disorder. The prevalence is approximately 17- 40 per 100 000. The most frequent form is called Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) or hereditary motor and sensitive neuropathy (HMSN). In most cases, the clinical symptoms appear in the 1. and 2. decade and include atrophy and weakness of lower limb muscles (peroneal athrophy), the pes cavus deformity of the foot with a shortened Achilles tendr, areflexia in the lower limbs and the stocking type sensory disorder. Patient`s difficulties are demonstrated in four basic fields: muscle limb weakness, gait failure deformity of the foot, lower desterity of the limbs, sensitivity defect (pins and needles, a lack of sensation, pain). By sensomotoric stimulation (specific trainings on balance surface) is possible to maintain the best quality of movements and stableness in standing and gait and at the same time to cause preventively on co-ocurring articulation and spinal pains.
