Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu pomoci lidem bez zaměstnání, jak ji realizuje občanské sdružení Kofoedova škola. V úvodních kapitolách je popsána současná situace nezaměstnanosti v regionu Most, kde od loňského roku působí jedna z pěti poboček Kofoedovy školy v ČR. Práce popisuje důsledky nezaměstnanosti jak na společnost, tak i na jedince a jeho nejbližší okolí. Práce se konkrétněji věnuje metodě práce s nezaměstnanými v Kofoedově škole, a to metodě ne příliš rozšířené "pomoci k svépomoci", jejímž cílem je pomáhat lidem bez zaměstnání tak, aby sami začali pracovat na zlepšení svého života a nezůstávali ve své znevýhodňující sociální situaci. Hlavním záměrem bakalářské práce je porovnání cílů, které si tato metoda klade, s osobními cíli studentů-uživatelů této služby. Součástí práce jsou zároveň zajímavá zjištění týkající se situace nezaměstnanosti na Mostecku, cílových skupin nezaměstnaných, potřeb nezaměstnaných a hodnocení služeb Kofoedovy školy, která vyplynula z vlastního průzkumu. This way of social work is coming out from needs of workless people. The main target of this thesis is to compare the aims of method "help to selfhelp" with the personal aims of students. There is also one particular aim to make an investigation of the user's content with the offered services in Kofoed's School. In the close chapter you can find the summary of one's own investigation, which confirms the hypothesis partially, gues that the aims of the method "help to self-help" applyed in Kofoed's School correspond with the personal aims of students. Even if those aims are agreed there are various preferences among them. As the preferences of method "help to self-help" is the personal development, students in the most part expect the progress in the professional sphere. However the method "help to self-help" takes the aims from profesional development sphere even to the third position beneath the personal development sphere and general social competence development sphere.
