Tato práce byla věnována zjišťování a zhodnocení skutečného stavu ve vybrané firmě v rámci motivace a stimulace pracovníků. Na základě teoretických a praktických poznatků měla poukázat na nedostatky v rámci řízení lidí. Hlavním cílem bylo navrhnutí odstranění zjištěných nedostatků. This work was focused on findings and evaluation of the real state in the sphere of motivation and stimulation of workers in one chosen firm. On the basis of theoretical and practical knowledge, it was to show the faults in the sphere of people management. The main aim was to suggest the removal of the established faults.
