cze Abstract:
Ukáže-li se senzor jako senzitivní, bude možné na výsledky měření navázat, senzor zminiaturizovat a otestovat v prostředích chemických továren, kde může pomoci minimalizovat zdravotní rizika.in English This thesis is aimed at studying quality of a high-frequency impedance capacitance sensor for the toxic gases, especially acetone, n-hexane, trichloromethane, toluene. Those organic solvents are the basic raw material of the chemical industry. Their concentration in the air should be detected thanks to their toxicity and tenuousness. If the sensor is sensitive, it will be possible to miniaturize it and test it in an ambience of chemical factories where we can miniaturize the health risks.
