Hlavním úkolem, který jsem si vytyčila, bylo shrnutí obsahu činnosti interního auditu, poukázání na výhody ustanovení útvaru interního auditu v podniku a seznámení s nároky, které jsou kladeny na pracovníky útvaru interního auditu. Dalším úkolem bylo vypracování interního auditu ve společnosti ČEZ, a. s., za využití auditorských postupů používaných při interním auditu v této společnosti. Všechny výše zmíněné úkoly jsem řešila nejprve v teoretické rovině. Snažila jsem se podrobně rozebrat současné moderní pojetí interního auditu a zejména jsem se věnovala nejrůznějším aspektům interního auditu v podniku. Praktická část této diplomové práce se týkala interního auditu hospodaření s odpady a jejich využívání jako druhotné suroviny v ČEZ, a. s. Cílem bylo ukázat na modelovém příkladě přípravu, provedení, ukončení a vyhodnocení zjištěných skutečností interního auditu ve společnosti ČEZ, a. s. Nejprve jsem zpracovala zadání auditu, kde jsem upřesnila typ auditu, cíle, termíny provedení auditu, auditorský tým a tematický program. Dále je uveden souhrn nálezů, nesouladů, slabých míst a nedostatků. Neshody jsou zobecněny a ve zprávě prezentovány ve formě systémových nedostatků. Poté následují konkrétní zjištění zpracovaná v průběhu interního auditu na základě požadavků a cílů uvedených v zadání interního auditu. Main task, in this graduation theses, was summary of internal audit activity content, pointing out advantages of establishing of internal audit section and identification pretensions concerning internal audit section workers. Other task was elaboration of internal audit in company ČEZ, a. s. There were used auditing procedures used during internal audit in this company. All the tasks aforesaid were solved in theoretic level at first. My tendency was in detail dissect current modern internal audit conception, especially various points of view of internal audit. Practical part of this graduation theses was related to internal audit of waste management and their using like secondary raw material in ČEZ, a. s. The target was show at standard example preparation, completion, finalization and evaluation of finding of internal audit facts in company ČEZ, a. s. Firstly I elaborated internal audit submission, where were specified the character of audit, targets, termination date, audit team and thematic schedule. Thereinafter is presented decisions, disagreements, weak points and deficiencies summary. Disagreements are generalized and presented in the form of system deficiency. Following the specific statements processed in process of internal audit on the basis of demands and targets presented in the internal audit submission.
