Práce je zaměřená na problematiku vyšetřování chůze pacientů s hemiparézou. První část se týká obecných poznatků o chůzi, o možnostech jejího vyšetřování, využití jednotlivých testů vyšetřujících chůzi ve fyzioterapii a obrazu hemiparézy. Druhá část je souhrnem mých praktických poznatků při vyšetřování chůze u pacientů s hemiparézou. Hlavním cílem práce je vyzkoušet a zhodnotit možnosti vybraných bezpřístrojových testů a metod vyšetření chůze: Vyšetření podle Bobath konceptu - Analýza chůze pozorováním - The Rancho Los Amigos Observational Gait Analysis System Hodnocení rovnováhy a chůze podle E. Tinetti (Tinetti Balance and Gait Evaluation) Rivermeadské vizuální posouzení chůze (The Rivermead Visual Gait Assessment) Dále jsou u každého testu hodnoceny jeho kladné i záporné stránky. Hodnotí se, jak test vypovídá o poruše chůze, jeho uplatnitelnost v praxi, obtížnost provedení testu pro pacienta i pro vyšetřujícího, způsob vyhodnocování testu. This thesis focuses on gait examination of hemiparetic patients. The first part addresses general pieces of knowledge about gait, examination options, application of examinational gait tests in the physical therapy, and description of hemiparesis. The second part is summary of my practical experience with gait examinations of hemiparetic patients. The goal of this thesis is to try and evaluate options of tests and gait examinational methods: The Rancho Los Amigos Observational Gait Analysis System The Tinetti Balance and Gait Evaluation The Rivermead Visual Gait Assessment The benefits and drawbacks of each test are also evaluated. It is described how the test informs about gait disorder, its use in practice, the difficulty of realization for both patient and examiner, the method of test evaluation.
