Ve své bakalářské práci zjišťuji situaci nabídky biopotravin v restauracích na jihu Čech. V úvodu své práce objasňuji teorii ohledně problematiky biopotravin. Praktická část obsahuje dotazníkové šetření, které jsem prováděla u padesáti restaurací sídlících na jihu Čech. V další části práce vyhodnocuji získaná data a vytvářím určité závěry. Dále navrhuji opatření pro rozšíření nabídky biopotravin. I chose for my bachelor degree work to find out the recent situation in supplying and the selection of organic food in restaurants in south of the Czech Republic. At the beginning, of my bachelors degree work, I'm demonstrating a theory with regards to problems with organic food. The Practical part includes a statistical investigation, which I performed on fifty restaurants resident in the south of the Czech Republic. In the other part of my bachelors degree work I am analyzing the captured data and I am framing here certain conclusions. Also I suggest measures to achieve widespread of organic food.
