Cílem této bakalářské práce je vypracování návrhu postupu zavedení systému managementu jakosti dle ČSN EN ISO 9001 ve firmě. Teoretická část práce se zabývá jakostí a managementem jakosti. Praktická část je zaměřena na audit společnosti a vytvoření dokumentů dle ČSN EN ISO 9001. The aim of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of proposal of procedure for Quality management system implementation according to ČSN EN ISO 9001 in a company. The theoretical part of the thesis is concerned with quality and quality management. The practical part is oriented to the audit of the organization and creation of documents in accordance with CSN EN ISO 9001.
