Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat strukturu, cíle a zásady současného systému odměňování společnosti dm drogerie markt s.r.o. a na základě zjištěných poznatků případně navrhnout možná zlepšení tohoto systému. The object of this thesis is the analysis of the structure, objects and principles of the current reward system of the company dm drogerie markt Ltd. and to propose possible innovations to it on the basis of my findings.
