cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Předložená rigorózní práce je věnována problematice výkladu pojmu veřejnost v autorském právu. Analyzuje úpravu pojmu veřejnost v autorském právu mezinárodním a evropském a rovněž v rámci českého právního řádu. Práce se zaměřuje na rozbor zahraniční národní úpravy a judikatury a rovněž judikatury Soudního dvora Evropské unie, která je stěžejní pro výklad pojmu v členských zemích EU.The thesis provides an overview and analysis of the concept of public in copyright law.
