Cílem mé práce je přiblížit problematiku Paktu stability a růstu. V práci jsou popsány důvody založení Paktu, zkušenosti s jeho fungováním, důvody jeho pozdější revize a budoucnost Paktu. Dále jsou uvedeny příležitosti a rizika vstupu České republiky do eurozóny. The purpose of the bachelor´s thesis is analyzing reasons, which led to the creation of the Stability and Growth Pact, the experiences with its function and reasons of its later revision. Further, I deal with opportunities and risks of the Czech Republic ingoing to the euro area.
