58 Závěr Jak již bylo uvedeno v Úvodu této diplomové práce, jejím cílem bylo porovnat nejvýznamnější právní aspekty registrace nemovitostí při převodech vlastnického práva k nim podle dvou zcela odlišných právních řádů, a to českého a irského. V předchozích kapitolách jsem se proto pokusila nejdůležitější aspekty registrace právních vztahů k nemovitostem, které převody nemovitostí v obou právních řádech provázejí, identifikovat, vysvětlit a následně též porovnat jejich význam a důsledky, a to nejen podle současné právní úpravy, ale také s ohledem na její historický vývoj. Uvedený přehled právních problémů ale v žádném případě nelze považovat za vyčerpávající výklad o systémech registrace nemovitostí v České a Irské republice, ale spíše za stručný výklad těch otázek, které vůbec možnost nějakého srovnání připouštějí. Odlišný historický, právní i společenský vývoj v obou zemích zapříčinil zásadní rozdíly nejen v pojetí vlastnického práva k nemovitostem, ale též v pojetí nemovitostí jako takových. To a mnohé další faktory přirozeně činí porovnání některých aspektů výše nastíněné problematiky velmi obtížné, ne-li téměř nemožné, neboť irské právo rozeznává mnoho institutů, které jsou pro české právo naprosto cizí. Land is the space within which our lives evolve and is also one of the most important and valuable comodities we recognize. Even the ancient Romans understood its special character and began to treat immovable objects differently from other (movable) things not only in their every day life but in law, too. Naturally, one of the basic needs of every person is to be certain about their entitlement to the land and home they occupy or own. Despite being two very different legal systems, both Czech and Irish law have developed registration systems to provide for such a certainty and to compare the role and importance of these systems of registration in connection with transfers of ownership of real estate property is the main focus of this thesis. For Irish legal system is one of the Common Law systems, its concept of ownership of land is quite different from the Czech one.
