Bakalářská práce na téma Supervize pracovníků v sociálních službách v rámci osobní asistence v organizaci Hewer ve středisku Praha 2 si klade za cíl zjistit, zda pracovníci v sociálních službách organizace Hewer pro středisko Praha 2 ví, že existuje supervize. Pokud ano, jak supervizi vnímají, zda ji považují za možnost zvyšování své odbornosti a zda tuto možnost plně využívají. V úvodu práce jsou uvedeny základní informace, které vedly k výběru tématu. Stať práce popisuje, co je to supervize, kdo je supervizor a jaké formy supervize existují. Další část práce popisuje sociální služby, kde je podrobněji představena osobní asistence. Dále jsou to standardy kvality sociálních služeb a popis supervize z pohledu Průvodce pro poskytovatele služeb. Práce dále uvádí informace o organizaci Hewer. Praktická část se zabývá dotazníkovým šetřením. Součástí závěru je vyhodnocení cíle práce. Thesis called "Supervision of workers in social services on the field of one-to-one assistance following on standards for quality of social services in organization Hewer for center of Prague 2" puts a target to find out, how workers in social services of the Hewer organization for center of Prague 2 perceive supervision, if they consider it as a possibility of increasing their proficiency, and if this possibility is fully used by them, if they are conscious of it and know about its existence. At the beginning of the thesis, there is introduced background information which led to choosing this topic. It the treatise of this thesis, there is described, what is a supervision, who is a supervisor and types of supervision too. Next part describes social services, where the one-to-one assistance is introduced to deeper details. Further, there are standards for quality of social services and a description of supervision from the point of view of "The Guide for providers of social services ". Then, the thesis provides information about the Hewer organization. The practical part of the thesis deals with survey. An evaluation of the target is a part of the conclusion.
