Pro zpracování své diplomové práce jsem si vybrala zemědělskou firmu Agroprofit Chotýčany s.r.o,která se v rostlinné výrobě zaměřuje zejména na výrobu kukuřičné siláže pro bioplynovou stanici.Firma již několik let používá bezorebný systém zpracování půdy,který přispívá k vyššímu výskytu plevelů v půdě.Ve své práci jsem se proto pokusila o chemickou regulaci nejvýznamnějších plevelů(Heřmánkovec přímořský, Pohanka svlačcovitá, Ježatka kuří noha,Laskavec ohnutý, Merlík bílý, Pcháč rolní) v Kukuřici seté (Zea mays L.),zejména Pýru plazivého(Elytrigia repens L.), který se v bezorebném systému zpracování půdy obtížně hubí.Byl založen dvouletý herbicidní pokus, kde bylo v osmi čtyř hektarových variantách použito celkem 14 herbicidních přípravků a jejich kombinací.Přípravky byly vyhodnoceny vzhledem ke své účinnosti na plevele a z hlediska ekonomického. For processing my theses I chose an agricultural company Agroprofit Chotýčany s.r.o, that concentrate mostly on the production of maize silage for biogas power station. The firm has been using the non-tillage system of soil cultivation for a several years, which contributes to a higher occurrence of weeds in a soil. Therefore I tried to control the most significant weeds chemically (Tripleurospermum inodorum, Polygonum convolvulus, Echinochloa crus-galli, Amaranthus retroflexus, Chenopodium album, Cirsium arvense) in Zea mays. I was monitoring especially Elytrigia repens that is difficult to fight in the non-tillage system of soil cultivation. The experiment was being realised for two years. There were used 14 herbicide preparations and their combinations in 8 varieties at 4 hectares. The preparations were analysed considering their affect on weeds and economical viewpoint.
