Stejn tak se asto hovo í o významu etického chování v oblasti státní správy i v dalších oblastech. Diplomová práce p ispívá do diskuse o úloze etiky ve spole nosti moderním rozborem st žejních otázek týkajících se podnikatelské etiky. Cílem práce bylo shrnout základní aspekty etického ízení a podnikatelské etiky. Snažil jsem se nepojednávat o podnikatelské etice jako o samostatném fenoménu plovoucím mimo systém ostatních v dních obor , ale naopak jej p edstavit v rámci souvisejících disciplín, konkrétn jej vztáhnout k filosofickým ko en m základních etických teorií, na rtnout jeho vztah k právu a v p ípad kontrolních etických mechanism i k obecné problematice auditu. Diplomová práce ukazuje, že klasické etické teorie, které jsou vyloženy v úvodní ásti, mají i v jedenadvacátém století co íci. Obecné myšlenky t chto teorií, kup íkladu modern pojatý utilitarismus, teorii ctností nebo povinnosti, lze s úsp chem aplikovat na vztahy v podnikatelské oblasti a zlepšit tak úrove t chto vztah . Velkou pozornost v nuje diplomová práce etickým hodnotám. V zemích západní Evropy jsou základní etické hodnoty sou ástí elementární intelektuální...Diplomová práce Principy a nástroje podnikatelské etiky 109 Principles and Instruments of Business Ethics Resume The dominant theme of this diploma thesis is principles and instruments of business ethics. The paper consists of three main parts. The first part contains opening information, necessary for proper understanding of the business ethics itself. The elementary philosophical terms are explained, as they make it easier to grasp the rest of the paper. The chapters on philosophical roots of ethics and on relationship between law and ethics follow. Knowledge mastered by reading these chapters helps the reader to set the main questions of business ethics into broader context and thus to better understand them. The following chapter serves as a bridge between the introductory part and parts which deal with the business ethics itself. It familiarizes the terms of economical theory and introduces the questions of business ethics. This chapter points to the cohesion between ethics, economics and law. The next chapters are focused on particular aspects of business ethics. Term of values plays the lead role, therefore it is examined in detail in separate chapter.
