Práce se zabývá základními formami náhradní rodinné péče v České republice. Obsahuje stručnou historii osvojení i pěstounské péče. Definuje rodinu, její význam a funkce. Uvádí poruchy rodiny i rodičovství. Objasňuje jak kritéria pro umístění dítěte do náhradní rodinné péče, tak i pro výběr žadatelů o ní. Seznamuje nás s postupem při žádosti o náhradní rodinnou péči. V této práci najdeme i právní normy jenž ji umožňují. V neposlední řadě uvádí i druhy dávek pěstounské péče. My work contains the basic forms of substitute family care in the Czech republic and also a brief history of adoption and foster-parent´s care. It describes a family, its importance and functions. It mentions the defects in a family and parenhood. It makes clear both the criteria of child´s location in the substitute family care and the selection of the applicants. It shows the way how to ask for the substitute family care. The legal norms how make substitute family care posible are mentioned. Finally it describes the kinds of foster-parent´s care benefits.
