Tato práce se zabývá především významnými osobnostmi kongregace, které se dle mého úsudku nesmazatelně zapsaly do dějin kongregace. Kapitoly se zabývají osobnostmi této kongregace, které působily v různých obdobích našich dějin. Hlavně v období pro všechny řeholní řády a kongregace obzvlášť složitém, a to v padesátých letech minulého století a normalizační době. Závěrečnou kapitolu jsem věnovala současnosti kongregace a osobnímu rozhovoru s S.M. Remigií Češíkovou, postulátorkou kanonizace Matky Vojtěchy Hasmandové. Cílem mé práce bylo seznámit čtenáře s životy těchto řeholnic z úhlu pohledu kongregace. Snahou bylo také nastínit, jak společenství prožívalo různá období v našich dějinách a jak vnímalo obtížné historické momenty právě na příkladech těchto čtyř významných představitelek, které byly zcela oddané svému poslání. Podkladem pro tuto práci byly soukromé archivní materiály a kongregační kroniky SCB, osobní rozhovor se sestrou S.M. Remigií o Matce Vojtěše Hasmandové, ale také o kongregaci se kterou je celý její život spjat. Pravidelné návštěvy v generálním archivu a spolupráce s S.M. Fidelis generální archivářkou bylo také významným zdrojem informací pro tuto práci, důležitý podklad pro tuto práci a samozřejmě pro vytvoření celého dějinného kontextu bylo zcela nezbytné použití odborné literatury. The impetus of this work has been two reasons. Partly, I had done a similar topic during my bachelor's level where I had addressed the inception and development of the congregation of sisters of mercy of the St. Charles of Baromeo in Bohemia. It was from this work, that I got the motivation to extend the study by trying to further explore on the biographical background of four main leaders of this congregation. I look at their activities from different historical phases in Bohemia. This method of literature review from the archive of the congregation I considered as "untouched field". It was a great challenge that I wouldn't let go. This work in its context could not however, capture the whole scene in detail. Therefore the historical episodes to relevant leaders of this congregation are only a summarized view of important events of the period experienced by the relevant personality.
