Byly testovány čtyři molekulární markery (jaderné ITS a EF1 alfa a mitochondriální AT-Rich a COI) pro možnost jejich využití při druhové identifikaci vybraných druhů čeledi Adelgidae. Úspěšně se podařilo naamplifikovat a osekvenovat markery COI a EF1 alfa. Sekvence těchto dvou markerů byly použity pro rekonstrukci dendrogramů metodou Minimum Evolution a modelem Kimura 2-Parameter. Porovnáním dendrogramů s předpoklady založenými na morfologii a biologii korovnic potvrdilo schopnost vybraných markerů věrohodně rozlišit taxonomické vztahy v rámci Adelgidae, nicméně bude třeba pokračovat v testování a vybrat další markery pro přesnější rozlišení sesterských druhů. Four molecular markers (nuclear ITS, EF1 alpha and mitochondrial AT-Rich and COI) were tested for use in species identification of Adelgidae family. Markers EF1 alpha and COI were successfuly amplified and sequenced. Aligned sequences of those two markers were used for reconstruction of dendrogram by Minimum Evolution method with Kimura 2-Parameter model. Comparison of dendrogram with assumptions based on morfology and biology of Adelgids confirmed suitability of chosen molecular markers for reliable resolution of taxonomic relationship within Adelgidae, although further testing and markers will be required to delineate sister species with higher precision.
