Tato práce představuje grantovou žádost na projekt zabývající se vlivem revitalizace vodního režimu degradovaného rašeliniště na aktivitu metanogenů, metanotrofů a na celkové emise metanu.Projekt je zaměřen na monitorování emisí metanu z rašelinišť. Získané výsledky budou rovněž použity pro vypočtení celkové bilance uhlíku revitalizovaných rašelinišť. This work represents the grant application for project dealing with effect of water regime restoration of degraded peatland on the activity of methanogens, methanotrofs and on the total methane emissions. The project is focused on monitoring of methane emissions from peatlands. The obtained results will be also used for calculation of the overall carbon balance for restored peatlands.
