Práce se zabývá novým systémem dávek v hmotné nouzi, který vešel v platnost od 1.1.2007. Vhodně položenými otázkami jsem se snažila zjistit subjektivní názory uživatelů, které mi sloužily jako podklad pro posouzení, zda nový dávkový systém splnil očekávání MPSV. The thesis deals with a new system of benefits in material need, which came into effect since January 1.1.2007. Using well put questions I tried to determine the subjective opinions of the beneficiaries, which served as a basis to assess whether the new system of benefits has fulfilled the expectations of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs.
