Touto svou prací se chci pokusit nahlédnout do problematiky domácí péče o rodinné příslušníky s diagnostikovanou Alzheimerovou chorobou, přiblížit rizika a úskalí této péče, sondovat potřeby pečujících a zároveň podpořit rodiny, které se přes všechny výše uvedené nesnáze rozhodly poskytnout svým rodinným příslušníkům osobní, celodenní a řádnou péči. Teoretická část bakalářské práce je věnována historii, teoretickým poznatkům, diagnostice a projevům Alzheimerovy choroby. Dále je věnována pozornost nárokům, specifikům a úskalím domácí péče o seniory s diagnostikovanou Alzheimerovou chorobou. V praktické části této práce jsou uvedeny kazuistiky. V závěru práce pak zhodnocuji, jak dalece byly naplněny cíle výzkumu a zodpovězeny výzkumné otázky. This is my bachelor's thesis. I try to look into the issue of home care for family members diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. My target is to bring the risks and difficulty of this care. I also want to support families that have decided to give their family members a personal, full and proper, care. The theoretical part of the thesis is focused to the history, theoretical knowledge, diagnosis and symptoms of Alzheimer's disease. After that attention is directed to the demands, specifics and problems of home care for seniors diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. In the practical part of this thesis are presented case studies. In conclusion evaluates how to achieve the objectives of the research and the research question.
