Cílem diplomové práce je objasnění změn srážko-odtokových poměrů a hodnocení antropogenních úprav v povodí řeky Lomnice. Povodí reprezentují rozdílně využívaná území s různou mírou antropogenních zásahů do odtokového režimu. Pro podrobnější studium této problematiky bylo potřeba zpracovat několik doplňujících kapitol. Mezi tyto kapitoly patří: vybrané fyzickogeografické charakteristiky zájmového území (doprovázené grafickým znázorněním v různých podobách), nástin problematiky povodní (popis historických povodní 8 a vysvětlení průběhu a následků poslední největší povodně v této oblasti - povodně v roce 2002), analýza vodohospodářské soustavy na Blatensku (vymezení rybníkářské oblasti, určení účelu rybníků a především vysvětlení vlivu rybniční soustavy na odtok v této oblasti, a to na příkladu tzv. zvláštní povodně vyvolané protržením hrází rybníků v roce 2002), a na závěr vysvětlení srážko-odtokového procesu obecně a snaha o vytvoření uceleného přehledu faktorů, které tento proces ovlivňují. Posouzení srážko-odtokových změn v povodí Lomnice vychází z analýzy trendů srážko-odtokového režimu, doplňenou o analýzu teplotních a sněhových poměrů a analýzu změn land use. Poslední důležitá součást této diplomové práce se zabývá antropogenní upraveností toku Lomnice a její údolní nivy ve vztahu k potencionálnímu... The runoff from a landscape is a natural process which is very complicated. It's not simple to express the runoff process in general because it depends on many factors that participate more or less in its course. The main aim of this paper is the explanation of rainfall-runoff process in Lomnice River basin, the land use changes description and the evaluation of anthropogenic modifications of Lomnice River. All of these elements influence the course of hydrological extremes. Another parts of this thesis concentrate on floods (especially flood 2002) in the Lomnice River basin and on water systems of Blatensko which is the third largest of all water systems in the Czech Republic. The relationship between a rainfall and a runoff in Lomnice River basin is being assessed with the help of the simple- and double-mass curve method, regarding possible changes caused by anthropogenic impacts. This part contains the analysis of trend in development of land use, the analysis of air temperature and snow parametres as well. Great anthropogenic changes of river channels and river floodplain can evoke dramatic geomorphological effects.
