[cze][eng] Cílem této diplomové práce je zjistit vztah dětí mladšího školního věku ke zdraví, výživě, pohybu, sportu a zdravému životnímu stylu. Dálé práce poukazuje na důležitost vlivu rodiny, školy a prostředí, ve kterém žijí a vyvíjejí se. Předmětem zkoumání byli žáci základních škol, konkrétně druhých tříd, ve věku 7 - 8 let. Ke Zkoumání byla použita metoda písmeného dotazování. Výzkum ukázal, že ke sportu děti mají převážně kladný vztah. Dále z výzkumu vyplynulo, že rodiče u dětí rozvíjejí správné návyky ke zdravé výživě a zdravému životnímu stylu a děti těmto pojmům rozumí a chápou je.The aim of this thesis is to uncover the stance of younger school-age children to health, nutrition, exercise, sport and to the healthy lifestyle. The thesis then points out the importance of the influence of a family, school and the environment where the children live and grow up. Primary school pupils, concretely second class pupils in the age of 7 to 8 were the subject of the research. The method of written questioning was used for the research. The research showed that children have positive stance to sport. Furthermore, parents help children develop healthy nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits and children understand these terms.
