Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem {\clqq}Sestra z filosofického pohledu autorek vybraných ošetřovatelských koncepčních modelů.`` Ošetřovatelské modely přispívají k rozvoji oboru ošetřovatelství jako samostatné vědní disciplíny. Jejich přínosem je obohacení teoretické části ošetřovatelství a zároveň napomáhají zkvalitňovat sesterskou praxi v konkrétních situacích. V praxi usnadňují plánování ošetřovatelské péče, pochopení problému a poskytují prvotní kriteria pro hodnocení dosažených výsledků. Cílem bakalářské práce je zmapovat informovanost sester o vybraných koncepčních modelech a zjistit, jak se sestry identifikují s hlavními složkami vybraných koncepčních modelů. Pro naplnění cíle byla zvolena metoda kvantitativního výzkumu, ve kterém byly vytvořeny tři hypotézy. Sběr dat byl proveden pomocí dotazníkového šetření. První hypotézou chceme potvrdit fakt, že sestry s vysokoškolským vzděláním znají obsah vybraných koncepčních modelů: F. Nightingale, C. Roy a M. Gordon. Dále zjišťujeme verifikaci druhé hypotézy: Sestry s jiným než s vysokoškolským vzděláním neznají obsah vybraných koncepčních modelů: F. Nightingale, C. Roy, J. M. Watson a M. Gordon. Třetí hypotéza zkoumá, zda sestry vnímají poskytování ošetřovatelské jako láskyplnou a obětavou činnost. Výsledky výzkumu jsou zpracovány pomocí grafů a tabulek. Výsledky práce poukazují na širokou základnu ošetřovatelství a její provázanost s praxí. K hlavním výsledkům výzkumu patří informovanost sester o vybraných koncepčních modelech a jejich identifikace s hlavními složkami vybraných koncepčních modelů. Přínos této práce spočívá v možnosti využití zjištěných poznatků pro studijní účely, ale také tyto poznatky realizovat během naplňování ošetřovatelských intervencí v péči o pacienta. This thesis deals with the theme of "The Nurse From a Philosophical Perspective of the Authors of Selected Nursing Conceptual Models". Nursing models contribute to the development of nursing as a separate scientific discipline. Their main contribution is the enrichment of the theoretical part, as well as the help with improving nursing practice in specific situations. In practice, nurses facilitate the planning of nursing care, understanding the problems and they also provide the initial criteria for evaluating the results that have been achieved. The aim of the thesis is to map the knowledge of selected conceptual models among nurses and to learn how they identify themselves with the major issues of the selected conceptual models. To achieve this, the method of quantitative research was chosen, in which three hypotheses there were created. Data collection was conducted by using questionnaires. With the first hypothesis, I wanted to acknowledge is the fact that those nurses with the university degree of education are familiar with the contents of following conceptual models: F. Nightingale, C. Roy and M. Gordon. Furthermore, I looked into the verification of the second hypothesis, which is: nurses with training other than a university degree of education are unaware of the contents of the listed conceptual models: F. Nightingale, C. Roy, J. M. Watson and M. Gordon. The third hypothesis is whether the nurses perceive the provision of nursing as an affectionate and self-sacrificing activity. The results of this research are processed through the use of graphs and tables. The results have indicated that there is a wide base of nursing and its interrelationship with the practice. To the main research results are part the knowledge of nurses of the selected conceptual models and their identification with the major components of above-mentioned conceptual models. Benefits of this work lie in the possibility of the utilization of the discovered knowledge for learning purposes, but it also indicates the possibility of the implementation this knowledge during the fulfillment of nursing interventions in the care of the patient.
