Závěrečná bakalářská práce mapuje problematiku efektivních strategií v oblasti timemanagementu řídících pracovníků škol a školských zařízení a zamýšlí se nad možnými principy napomáhajícími nastolení rovnováhy mezi pracovním a soukromým životem - work and life balance vedoucích pracovníků ve školství. Výsledky výzkumného šetření na vzorku oslovených respondentů vycházejí ze dvou problémových oblastí: Rozdíl v efektivitě řízení času a schopnosti nastolit rovnováhu mezi pracovním a soukromým životem mezi muži a ženami v manažerských pozicích škol. The diploma work discusses the question of effective strategies in the field of time management of head school staff. The work examines the possible principles of introducing the balance between profession and private life of head school staff. There can be defined two points and issue, of which I carried out my survey: The difference in the effective time management and the ability to install the balance between the profession and private life of men and women in managerial positions of school staff. The possibilities of introducing the principles work and life balance from the private life into the profession head school staff.
