Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze ramenního kloubu. Cíl práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je charakterizovat problematiku totální endoprotézy ramenního kloubu s důrazem na reverzní typ a zaměřit se přitom na fyzioterapeutické postupy používané u pacientů s touto diagnózou. Součástí je podrobná kazuistika pacientky po totální reverzní endoprotéze ramenního kloubu. Metoda: Teoretická část bakalářské práce je zpracována formou literární rešerše. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky po totální reverzní endoprotéze ramenního kloubu a vychází z praktické práce s pacientkou během souvislé praxe v Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky, Medditera s.r.o. V práci je zahrnuto vstupní i výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý plán terapie, popis průběhu jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a v závěrečné části zhodnocení efektu terapie. Klíčová slova: fyzioterapeutické postupy, kazuistika, totální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu, reverzní totální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient with Total Shoulder Arthroplasty Aim: The aim of this work is to characterize the problem of the total shoulder arthroplasty specially reverse type and to focus the physiotherapy procedure for the patients with this diagnosis. The work contains the detailed case report of the patient with reverse total shoulder arhtroplasty. Methods: The theorical part is made into the literary research. The special part contains the case study of the patient with reverse total shoulder arthroplasty and it proceeds from the practical work with this patient during the continuous practice in the clinic of rehabilitation Malvazinky, Medditera s.r.o. The entrance and the output of kineziological examination, short-term and long-term plan of the therapy, the method of the course of each therapy are included in this dissertation.
