E-mail školitele: david.havlicek@natur.cuni.cz Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na možnost orientačního stanovení specifické vodivosti práškových vzorků, u kterých se na základě rentgenové strukturní analýzy předpokládá možnost přenosu protonu systémem vhodně uspořádaných krátkých vodíkových vazeb ve struktuře látky. Pro vlastní měření byly nejprve znovu připraveny některé vybrané látky a nově připravený a charakterizovaný amidosíran aminoguanidinia(1+). Specifická vodivost jednotlivých polykrystalických materiálů lisovaných do tablet, případně monokrystalu, byla vypočtena ze změřeného elektrického odporu a rozměrů vzorků. Na základě získaných výsledků lze konstatovat, že pro hrubý odhad, zda příslušná látka vykazuje specifickou vodivost vyšší, než kterou mají izolanty, je tento způsob měření plně dostačující. It is based on X-ray diffraction analysis assuming the possibility of proton transfer by the system of properly arranged short hydrogen bonds in the structure of compounds. The selected substances were freshly prepared for the measurement. A newly prepared and investigated aminoguinidinium(1+) sulphamate was also measured. The specific conductivity of individual polycrystalline materials pressed into pellets or single crystal was calculated from the measured electrical resistance and dimensions of the samples. According to the results, this method of measurementis is fully sufficient for a gross estimate of whether the compound has a specific conductivity higher than that insulants usually have.
