Fundraising ve vybraných nestátních neziskových organizacích působících ve zdravotně sociální oblasti v Českých Budějovicích Problematika získávání finančních prostředků patří k zásadním problémům nezávislého rozvoje neziskového sektoru. Hlavní a často jedinou strategií mnoha organizací je získávání grantů a dotací od domácích státních institucí a nejrůznějších nadací. Místní správa a samospráva, podniky a samozřejmě jednotlivci často chtějí napomoci řešení problémů věcnou podporou, časem, znalostmi i penězi. Důležité je umět tyto potenciální dárce oslovit, probudit v nich zájem o činnost NNO, nabídnout jim nejen možnost darovat, ale především spolupracovat. V teoretické části jsou vysvětleny pojmy nestátní nezisková organizace, zdroje financování nestátních neziskových organizací a také metody fundraisingu. Pro výzkum byla použita metoda kvantitativního výzkumu. Jako technika sběru dat byl zvolen dotazník, který vyplňovali zástupci NNO, kteří se v dané organizaci věnují fundraisingu. Z výsledků výzkumu vyplývá, že největší procento finančních prostředků získávají NNO od státní správy a samosprávy, z programů Evropské unie, ze samofinancování a určitou část rozpočtu tvořily finanční prostředky získané od podniků a firem, individuálních dárců a také od nadací a nadačních fondů. Z výsledků rovněž vyplývá, že nejčastější metodou fundraisingu využívanou NNO působícími ve zdravotně sociální oblasti v Českých Budějovicích je žádost o grant, dále jsou to osobní žádost, direct mail (dopis), příjmy z vlastní činnosti a členské příspěvky. Nepříliš často využívanými metodami jsou veřejná sbírka a benefiční akce. Výsledky výzkumu také ukázaly, že jako nejdůležitější faktor úspěchu NNO při získávání finančních prostředků považují jejich zástupci poslání a cíle NNO a spolupráci NNO s orgány státní správy a samosprávy. Tuto bakalářskou prácí bude možné využít jako informační a studijní materiál k problematice financování nestátního neziskového sektoru. Fundraising in the selected NGO´s involved in the health and social sphere in České Budějovice This thesis brings the information of the fundraising in non-profit organisation involved in the health and social sphere in České Budějovice. The theoretical part of this thesis is devoted to the definition of the NGO´s, methods of fundraising and sources of financial support for non-profit organization. The methods of quantitative research were used in this thesis. As technique was selected the technique of questioning, representatives of the NGO´s filled in the questionnaire. A non-profit organization is an organization whose primary objective is to support an issue or matter of private interest or public concern for non-commercial purposes, without concern for monetary profit. A non-profit organization may be involved in a wide range of areas relating to the arts, social issues, charities, early childhood education, healthcare, politics, religion, research, sports or some other endeavor. Fundraising is the process of soliciting and gathering money or other gifts in-kind, by requesting donations from individuals, businesses, charitable foundations, or governmental agencies. Although fundraising typically refers to efforts to gather funds for not-for-profit organizations, it is sometimes used to refer to the identification and solicitation of investors or other sources of capital for for-profit enterprises. Fundraising is not the primary way that non-profit organizations obtain the money for their operations. These operations can involve a very broad array of concerns such as religious or philanthropic groups such as research organizations, public broadcasters, and political campaigns. A Capital Campaign is when fundraising is conducted to raise major sums for a building or endowment. Special events are another method of rasing funds. This thesis can be used as an educational stuff for the people, whose are interested in NGO´s and methods of fundraising.
