Tématem této diplomové práce je dohled v pojišťovnictví. Stěžejní část práce představuje právní úprava problematiky dohledu v České republice, včetně historického vývoje. Poté následuje výklad dohledu v pojišťovnictví v rámci Evropské unie. V závěrečné části práce se zabývám regulací výkonu dohledu v zahraničních zemích, především právní úpravou Spolkové republiky Německo a Republiky Rakousko. Klíčová slova: dohled v pojišťovnictví pojistné právo zákon o pojišťovnictví The aim of this diploma thesis is the supervision in insurance industry. The main part describes the legal regulation of issues in supervision in the Czech Republic, including historical development. It follows then the interpretation of insurance supervision in the European Union. The final part deals with regulation of supervision in insurance industry in foreign countries, primarily by legislation the Federal Republic of Germany and the Republic of Austria.
