Další kapitolou je metoda ACT® - akrální koaktivační terapie, kde jsou popsány její principy. Poslední kapitolou je samotné těhotenství, změny a výživa. Praktická část zahrnuje dvě kazuistiky těhotných pacientek s bolestmi zad. Obě docházely na ambulantní rehabilitaci. Byly léčeny konzervativně, jedna s bolestmi bederní páteře, druhá s bolestmi dolní hrudní a horní bederní páteře. U obou pacientek je zpracované vstupní a výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, krátkodobý i dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, zaznamenán průběh celé terapie a zhodnocení úspěšnosti terapie.
