Tato práce pojednává o nebezpečí spojené s nakládáním s nebezpečnými látkami, podmínky jejich přepravy a skladování. Dále je zde uvedena charakteristika jednotlivých látek a jejich nebezpečnost a možná ochrana obyvatelstva proti účinkům těchto látek, se zaměřením na individuální ochranu. V práci je dále analyzována ochrana objektu Čepra a.s., sklad Včelná, popsána možná rizika vzniku hrozby havárie spojené s únikem nebezpečné látky, formy možných úniku a jejich příčiny. Práce dále definuje pojem zóna havarijního plánování a zabývá se analýzou postupů a činnosti orgánů policie České republiky v případě vymezení zóny havarijního plánování. Jsou zde navrženy postupy při ochraně objektu Čepro a.s., sklad Včelná v případě možného teroristického útoku a analyzována pravděpodobnost a možný způsob provedení teroristického útoku. This work deals with the danger connected with handling with the dangerous materiále, the condition of thein transport and storage. There are mantioned the characteristics of the particular materials and their dangerousness as well as the possible civilian protection against the effect of these materials, especially the individua protection. There is also analyzed the protection of the Čepro a.s., Včelná storage facility , described the possible risks of the rise of a emergency threat connested with the danger materials release, forms of the possible release a their cause. The work also defines the definition the emergency planning zone and analyzes the action of the Police of Czech republic bodies in case the emergency planning zone is demarked. There are proposed the actions dealing with the protection of the Čepro a.s., Včelná storage facility in case of the possible terrorist attack and analyzed the probability and the possible ways of the terorrist attack performance.
