Název bakalářské práce: Specializace tréninku volejbalu u kategorie starších žáků Cíl práce: Cílem práce je zjistit a charakterizovat názory trenérů s víceletou trenérskou praxí u dětí a mládeže na specializaci v tréninku. Metoda: Ke splnění výzkumného cíle jsem využil metodu dotazování pomocí nestandardizovaného dotazníku s uzavřenými otázkami. Údaje získané z dotazníku byly analyzovány součtem počtu probandů a jejich odpovědí. Výsledky byly zpracovány běžnými statistickými metodami, vyjádřeny slovně, tabulkově a pomocí grafů. Výsledky: Výsledky práce ukázaly názory trenérů mládeže na problematiku v oblasti specializovaného tréninku starších žáků. Z výsledků jednoznačně vyplynulo, že v námi sledované kategorii již dochází úplné specializaci hráčských funkcí. V některých případech dochází k rozdělení hráčských funkcí ještě o kategorii dříve, tedy v žactvu mladším. Method: To fulfill the research objectives, I used the method of interrogation using non-standardized questionnaire with closed questions. The obtained data from the questionnaire were analyzed by the sum of the number of probands and their answers. The results were processed by conventional statistical methods, expressed in words, tables and graphs. Results: The results showed youth coaches' opinions on issues in the field of specialized training of older pupils. The results clearly showed that in the monitored category is already complete specialization of player's functions. In some cases, player's functions are distributed even before the category, thus enabling younger pupils.
