[cze][eng] Bakalářská práce "Problematika týrané ženy" pojednává o domácím násilí páchaném na ženách, se zaměřením na české prostředí. Definuje základní pojmy, které se k problematice vztahují, zabývá se charakteristickými znaky a specifiky domácího násilí na ženách, mýty, které se k domácímu násilí vztahují. Věnuje se následkům na fyzickém i duševním zdraví nejen týraných žen, ale také svědků domácího násilí. Podrobně rozebírá cyklus domácího násilí a jednotlivé fáze. Zmiňuje výsledky nejvýznamnějších výzkumů realizovaných v České republice. Krátce uvádí existující sociální služby pro osoby ohrožené domácím násilí a poukazuje i na služby chybějící. Věnuje se interdisciplinární spolupráci a zhodnocení sociální práce s ohroženými osobami po změnách v zákonech. Uvádí české zákony, které se vztahují k domácímu násilí, podrobněji se věnuje jednotlivým zákonným opatřením.Main topic of this thesis is focused on domestic violence, especially on its female victims, in the region of Czech Republic. It defines basic terms and vocabulary used on the field of social work; it is also focused on typical indicators of domestic violence and analysis of domestic women abuse. It concerns about psychological status of abused women themselves, but also about witnesses. Domestic violence cycle is described in details, and results of major relevant studies are published. This thesis lists existing legislation concerning domestic violence, but it also shows areas where improvement of current status is necessary. It also describes the multi-disciplinary cooperation and evaluation of dedicated work with victims after changes in respective legislation. Current legislation relevant to this topic is described in details.
