Naši práci na téma {\clqq}Sociální role: Sestra`` jsme zpracovali na základě teoretické části výzkumným šetřením mezi sestrami a laiky, a to hospitalizovanou i nehospitalizovanou částí laické veřejnosti. Ze získaných výsledků jsme zjistili, že hodnocení sester společností je převážně pozitivní, sester si cení nejen jejich pacienti, ale též veřejnost, která právě hospitalizována není. Při otázkách, jak respondenti vnímají pozici a image sester, jsme se setkali u laiků s vyšším hodnocením než tomu bylo u sester. Domníváme se tedy, že sestry se v očích společnosti vidí hůře, než jsou vnímány ve skutečnosti. We elaborated our work named ``Social role: Nurse{\crqq} on the basis of a theoretical part by making a research among nurses and laics, both from the hospitalised and not hospitalised part of the general public. We concluded from the obtained results that the society{\crq}s evaluation of nurses is mainly positive; nurses are highly regarded not only by their patients but also by the public that is not hospitalised at the moment. When asking how respondents view the status and image of nurses we encountered a more positive assessment from the public than from the nurses themselves. Therefore we assume that nurses view themselves in the eye of the society worse than they are perceived in reality.
