[cze][eng] Obezita patří celosvětově k závažným zdravotním problémům a její prevalence neustále narůstá. Obezita u dětí představuje závažný problém nejen ve vyspělých státek světa. Česká republika se řadí na první místo v Evropě ve výskytu obezity u dětí. Boj s touto nemocí je složitý, avšak ne tak složitý, jak to na první pohled vypadá. Většinou stačí přikročit k celkem přijatelné a absolutně bezbolestné změně životního stylu, stravovacích návyků, pohybových aktivit a k léčbě této nemoci u lékaře. Mnohem snadnější je však této nemoci předcházet a právě sestra má v této prevenci nezastupitelnou roli. Teoretická část této bakalářské práce je zaměřena na současný stav dětské obezity. Další část této práce je věnována rozdělení dětského věku, výživě v dětském věku, definici, příčinám a komplikacím obezity u dětí. Poslední část teorie je zaměřena na úlohu sestry v prevenci, diagnostice a léčbě obezity u dětí. Ke kvantitativnímu výzkumu byla použita technika dotazníku. Otázky byly určeny pro zdravotní sestry v primární péči v Českých Budějovicích, Strakonicích, Prachaticích, Jindřichově Hradci, Písku a v některých menších městech. Prvním cílem této práce bylo zjistit, jaká je informovanost sester v primární péči o prevenci obezity u dětí. Druhým cílem bylo zjistit, zda se sestry aktivně podílejí na prevenci obezity u dětí. Oba tyto cíle byly splněny. První hypotéza měla potvrdit informovanost sester v primární péči o prevenci obezity u dětí. Druhá hypotéz a měla potvrdit, že sestry se aktivně nepodílejí na prevenci obezity u dětí. Obě tyto hypotézy byly rovněž potvrzeny. Bakalářskou práci na téma {\clqq} Role primární sestry v prevenci obezity u dětí jsem si vybrala proto, že v poslední době je toto téma velmi aktuální a také proto, že mě zajímá, zda se sestry opravdu snaží tomuto onemocnění u dětí předcházet. Obesity is ranked among the grave world health problems and its prevalence is still increasing. Children's obesity presents dangerous problem not only in advanced countries of the world. The Czech Republic is in the first place in Europe in distribution of children{\crq}s obesity. The fight against this disease is not apparently so difficult. Mostly it is enough only change our lifestyle painlessly, meal plan and do some sport activity. People who suffer from obesity should make an appointment with their doctor and discuss it too. On the other hand, much easier is to predate this disease and exactly in this case is really important the role of a nurse. The theoretic part of this work is focused on the actual state of children{\crq}s obesity. The next part is about division of children age, nutrition at this age, definition of the obesity, its causes and complications. The last part is focused on the role of a nurse in prevention, diagnostic and treatment of this illness. It was applied the form of checklists to quantitative research. Questions were destined for nurses in the primer care in České Budějovice, Strakonice, Prachatice, Jindřichův Hradec, Písek and in other smaller towns. The first aim of this work was find out what awareness of nurses in the primer care in prevention of children{\crq}s obesity is. The next aim was find out if nurses are actively participant in prevention of children{\crq}s obesity. Both of these aims were discharged. The first hypothesis should testify the awareness of nurses in the primer care in prevention of children{\crq}s obesity. The second hypothesis should testify that nurses are not actively participant in prevention of children{\crq}s obesity. Both of these hypothesis were discharged either. I have chosen the work on the topic: ``The role of the primer nurse in prevention of children{\crq}s obesity{\crqq} because recently this topic is very actual and also I am very interested if nurses really try to predate this disease by children.
