NÁZEV: Právní postavení ředitelky mateřské školy a vliv funkčního období ředitelky na řízení školy po novele Školského zákona 2012 AUTOR: Jiřina Vogeltanzová KATEDRA: Centrum školského managementu VEDOUCÍ PRÁCE: RNDr. Jindřich Kitzberger ABSTRACT: Cílem této práce bylo zjištění dopadu zavedení funkčního období pro ředitelky mateřských škol, zda zavedení funkčního období 6 let ředitelkám stačí k naplnění jejich vize. Bylo zavedení funkčního období motivací k vyšším výkonům nebo naopak nejistota pracovního místa vedla k jisté frustraci osobnosti? Dále bylo cílem bakalářské práce zjištění, jak byla zřizovateli využívána možnost vyhlášení konkurzu, proč konkurzy vyhlásili nebo naopak, proč této možnosti nevyužívali, zda se snížil nebo naopak zvýšil počet uchazečů o místa ředitelek mateřských škol? Výzkumná část se zaměřila na zkušenosti ředitelů, zřizovatelů a krajského úřadu s prvními konkurzy po novelizaci školského zákona. Výstupem práce byla analýza názorů ředitelů škol na novelu zákona a její dopady a analýza kladů a záporů zavedení šestiletého funkčního období ve vazbě na řízení školy. Byla použita metoda rozhovoru i dotazníku, tedy kombinace kvalitativního a kvantitativního výzkumu. Respondenty byli ředitelé mateřských škol, zřizovatelé (resp. představitelé obcí) a úředníci krajského úřadu (vše Plzeňský... Is the implementation of this temporary term of office motivating for the heads in their better achievement or does this law amendment lead to some frustration of their personality? The second aim of this thesis deals with the fact how the founders of the nursery schools use the possibility of estabilishing the public competitions for the position of the head of nursery schools - why the competitions have been estabilished or why the founders do not use the possibility to estabilish them and also if the number of the candidates for this position is increasing or decreasing. The researching part of the thesis focuses on the experience of the heads, founders and the regional councils after the amendment of the law.
