Touto prací jsem chtěla ukázat základní přehled kompenzačních pomůcek, které jsou dobré a někdy nutné pro správný vývoj postiženého dítěte, pro jeho lepší integraci do společnosti a pro správné fungování rodiny. Dále jsem chtěla ukázat, jaké jsou možnosti financování kompenzačních pomůcek od zdravotních pojišťoven, od odboru sociálních věcí a zdravotnictví a v neposlední řadě, čím dál více důležitější, i na pomoc od nestátních neziskových organizací. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že rodiče nemají dostatek informací o získání finančních prostředků na kompenzační pomůcky pro tělesně postižené děti. Dále vyplývá, že informace si získávají většinou od svých přátel, od rodičů stejně postižených dětí a v Jihočeském kraji i díky Dětskému centru ARPIDA, které poskytuje komplexní péči především dětem s tělesným a kombinovaným postižením. Také vyplývá, že by uvítali možnost být více informováni o možnostech financování kompenzačních pomůcek prostřednictvím lékařů, informačních materiálů, apod. The goal of this paper is to show the basic survey of the compensation aid tools that are good and a sometimes necessary for a good development of the handicapped child, for his better social integration and for the well function of his family. I also wanted to present the possibilities of financial support from health insurance companies, social- and health department and last, but not least the support of nonprofit organizations. The survey shows that parents does not have enough information about gathering financial support for compensational instruments for physically handicapped children. We can also mention that the information receive mainly from their friends, parents of handicapped children and in Southern Bohemia even thanks to Chilren Centre called ``ARPIDA``, which provides the complex care especially to children with corporal and combined handicap. It also follows that parents would thank to any other chance about possibilities of financing compensational instruments by means of doctors, informational materials, etc.
