eng Abstract:
[eng][cze] The aim of this study was to determine, with the aid of immunoaffinity techniques, both the spatial and temporal pattern of production of several insect neuropeptides (allatostatin, allatotropin, diuretic hormone, eclosion hormone, prothoracicotropic hormone, corazonin and pigment-dispersing factor) and thus explore their possible connection to the circadian clock system.Cílem práce bylo, s použitím imunoafinitních metod, zmapovat expresi sedmi neurohormonů(allatostatin, allatotropin, diuretický hormon, eklozní hormon, prothoracikotropní hormon, corazonin a pigment-disperzní faktor)a to jak z prostorového tak časového hlediska, a tím prozkoumat jejich případné spojení s cirkadiánními hodinami.
