cze Abstract:
[cze][eng] Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat vliv feritových nanočástic FeSi a FeH na termální expozici fantomu biologické tkáně mikrovlnnou termoterapií. Byly vytvořeny agarové fantomy bez obsahu nanočástic a agarové fantomy obsahující stoupající koncentrace nanočástic FeSi a FeH. Ty byly vystaveny termální expozici mikrovlnnou energií z otevřeného rezonátoru pracujícího na frekvenci 2, 45 GHz. Teplotní profily fantomů byly sejmuty termokamerou Flir P25. Byly porovnány výsledky obou typů fantomů a zjištěné rozdíly byly statisticky interpretovány pomocí T- testu. Agarové fantomy obsahující feritové nanočástice FeSi a FeH vykazují vyšší nárůst teploty, než fantomy bez obsahu těchto částic. Zjištěné rozdíly však nejsou statisticky významné. Klíčová slova: Mikrovlnná termoterapie, nanočásticeGoal of this master thesis is describe effect of ferrite nanopartickles FeSi and FeH on the thermal exposure of biological tissue phantom by microwave Thermotherapy. Blank samples and the samples with increased concentration nanopartickles FeSi and FeH were prepared. Exposition was performed by open cavity resonator with 2, 45 GHz generator. Temperature profiles were taken by thermocamera Flir P25. Results of both types of samples were compared and were statistically interpreted. Agar samples with nanopartickles FeSi and FeH show higher increase of temperature, than blank samples. The differences are not statistically significant.
