Tématem bakalářské práce je vinařská oblast Bordeaux. Cílem této bakalářské práce je zjistit, proč je Bordeaux tolik úspěšné ve výrobě jakostních vín, jak se vyrábějí jednotlivé druhy vína a jaké oblasti AOC jsou ve vinařském kraji Bordeaux. Předpoklady pro úspěšné dosažení cílů práce jsou rešerše v odborné literatuře a také praktické návštěvy vinařství na stáži. První část práce se zaměřuje na historii vinařského kraje, jeho geografické vymezení, půdní typy a výhodné klimatické podmínky pro pěstování vinné révy. Druhá část práce se zabývá vínem z hlediska výroby, jsou zde představeny odrůdy vína, směsi a samotná výroba vína. Další část práce se zaměřuje na známkování vína, jeho řazení, označování jakosti bordeauxských vín a na etiketu. Poslední část práce popisuje rozdělení vinařských oblastí do jednotlivých AOC a do podoblastí. Nakonec je rozebrána degustace vína Bordeaux. Přínosem této práce je ověření významu tradice vína ve Francii a zjištění rozdílnosti této tradice ve francouzské a české společnosti. The main aims of the thesis are to describe production of wine and divide the wineyards to AOC and to find out why is Bordeaux so popular in producing high-quality wines. The prerequisite for successful achievement of the aims are the inspections at the Bordeaux's vineyards and search in the specialized literature. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the history of the wine region Bordeaux, and then there are the geographical locations of Bordeaux, climatic and soil advantageous conditions. The second part is dedicated to the production of wine, the varieties of grapevine and the final product- the wine. The third part is focused on the appellation and the grading system of wine, then the label. The next part of the thesis deals with the division of the vineyards to the AOC. The last part is focused on the degustation of wine and market of Bordeaux wine of quality. The personal contribution of the thesis is to get know the importance of wine tradition in French society and see the differences between French and Czech cultures.
