V této diplomové práci se seznámíte s teorií logistiky, především zde byl analyzován dodavatelský řetězec největšího světového prodejce obuvi a to se zaměřením především na český a slovenský trh. Jsou zde vyzdvihnuty jak výhody tak i nevýhody dodavatelského řetězce a vstup externích logistických společností do dodavatelského řetězce. The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of footwear retail supply chain, which operates in Europe as well as in the USA. As the company is considered to be one of the greatest world retail footwear subject with the volume of the shoes sold about 280 millions, top management is well aware of the necessity to be concerned with the matters of logistics and optimalization of distribution channels.
