Tato bakalářská práce zjišťuje, jaká je spokojenost klientů s nemocničním režimem, stravou a přístupem personálu. Výzkumem bylo zjištěno, že většina pacientů je spokojena s přístupem zdravotních pracovníků a že pohlaví a věk ovlivňuje spokojenost se stravou a nemocničním režimem. Spokojenost může výrazně zlepšit celkové výsledky léčby This bachelor thisi´s explores how is the client´s satifaction with regime, diet and approach of staff in hospital. I hawe found out using the research that most of the client´s is satisfied with approach of hospital staff and that sex and age influence the client´s satisfaction with diet and regime. The clients satisfaction with regime, diet and approach of staff in hospital can significantly improve general treatment results.
