Název: Kazuistika terapeutické péče o pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Cíle: Cílem této práce je podrobné seznámení s fyzioterapeutickou péčí u pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Dále jde o shrnutí teoretických poznatků o problematice kolenního kloubu a totálních endoprotéz. Metody: Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí. První část je část teoretická, která pojednává o problematice kolenního kloubu z pohledu anatomie, kineziologie, biomechaniky a ortopedie. Dále se zabývá problematikou kolenních náhrad, jejich nejčastější indikací, možnými komplikacemi a následným terapeutickým postupem po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Druhou částí je část speciální, která podrobně popisuje kazuistiku pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Kazuistika pacienta byla zpracována pod odborným vedením v soukromém zdravotnickém zařízení MediCentrum Praha, a.s. v průběhu souvislé odborné praxe. Kazuistika zahrnuje anamnézu pacienta, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, podrobný popis průběhu terapie, výsledný kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Objectives: The aim of this work is to demonstrate both theoretical and practical information to the subject of total knee replacement. Showing on one side the therapeutic care of patient after total knee replacement and presenting on the other side the summary of theoretical knowledge about the topic of knee joint and total joint replacements. Methods: This study is divided into two main parts. The first part is theoretical and deals with the subject of knee joint seen from the anatomical, kinesiological, biomechanical and orthopedical perspective. Furthermore it contains basic information to the issue of knee replacements, their most common indications, possible complications and subsequent therapeutic methods and techniques after total knee replacement. The second part is a special section which shows in detail a case report of therapeutic care with patient after total knee replacement. It was established under the guidance of a private healthcare facility MediCentrum Praha during my university-internship .
