Práce se zabývá psychologickými a sociálními aspekty nechtěných těhotenství a rodičovství mladistvých matek v České republice. Dále popisuje zejména dopad nechtěného těhotenství a rodičovství na vývoj dítěte. Jsou zde zmíněny možnosti řešení této situace, které mladistvá matka má. Těmito možnostmi jsou: interrupce, porození dítěte doma a jeho odložení do babyboxu, nebo možnost využití utajeného porodu a svolení k adopci dítěte, nebo ponechání si dítěte v péči. Práce popisuje i v České republice dostupné formy náhradní rodinné péče, protože některé z forem náhradní rodinné péče jsou u mateřství mladistvých matek velmi často využívány. Dále jsou zde nastíněny i možnosti umístění mladistvých matek v rámci ústavní péče. V poslední řadě jsou zmíněna rizika výchovy dítěte svobodnou matkou. Z práce je zřejmé, že v rámci České republiky je možné najít v těchto obtížných situacích vždy vcelku uspokojivé řešení. The composition is focused on psychological and social aspects of unwanted pregnancy and maternity of teenage mothers in the Czech Republic. It mainly describes the impact of unwanted pregnancy and parenthood on child{\crq}s development. You can find there possibilities of solving these situations which young mother have to cope with. These possibilities are: termination, the baby birth at home and leaving him at baby box, or the possibility of undergoing secret birth to propose baby for adoption or keep the baby in family care. This work describes approachable methods of compensatory family care which are very often used by teenage mothers within the institutional care. At the end the risks of family care by teenage mothers are also mentioned there. It is obvious from the concept of the presented work, that there are possibilities to find quite sufficient solutions in these difficult situations happening in the Czech Republic.
