Cílem bakalářské práce byla analýza systému odměňování, systému sociálních výhod, vývoje mezd a nákladů práce ve vybraném podniku. Pro analýzu byl vybrán podnik Rašelina a. s. V závěru práce byl zhodnocen systém odměňování a navrženy některé změny, které by mohly přispět ke zlepšení stávajícího systému. The aim of my bachelor work was the analysis of the remuneration system, the system of social benefits and the development of the average wage and the labour costs. The company Rašelina Inc. was chosen for the analysis. At the end of my work the remuneration system was valued and some changes which could help to increase the actual system were suggested.
