Syndrom DiGeorge je autozomálne dominantne dedicné onemocnení s incidencí 1 : 4 000. Jeho charakteristické fenotypové projevy se souhrnne oznacují jako asociace CATCH 22. Svým nositelum muže zpusobovat závažné klinické obtíže. Z imunologického hlediska se syndrom radí mezi primární vrozené deficity bunecné imunity. Dle závažnosti imunodeficience lze rozlišovat DiGeorguv syndrom kompletní a cástecný. U pacientu je vlivem nesprávného vývoje thymu postižena T bunecná imunita. Práce se zabývá humorální imunitou pacientu se syndromem DiGeorge, která by teoreticky nemela být postižena. Je zamerena zejména na postvakcinacní protilátky a jejich dynamiku a na imunoglobuliny trídy A, G, E a M. Sledování pacientu z databáze pacientu se syndromem DiGeorge vyšetrených na Ústavu imunologie 2. LF UK a FN v Motole v letech 1995 - 2011 ukazuje, že postvakcinacní odpoved u syndromu DiGeorge není výrazne ovlivnena. Patologické hodnoty hladin základních sledovaných imunoglobulinu byly pozorovány. DiGeorge syndrome is an autosomal dominantly inherited disease with an incidence of 1: 4 000.
