Today company uses the emancipatory strategy JIT. In the light of how big the company is and how produces, we can suggest of using another logistic technology {--} Kanban or EQM. Each of this technologies has its advantages and disadvantages. As advantage we can consider a simplification of logistic processes which causes increase of produktivity. Proper implementation of logistic technologies decreases time costs, storage costs, order and transport costs. During starting this process some troubles should show up, because founding new technologie is connected with high training costs and new identification facilities costs. The next disadvantage of some technologies is higher transportation load and negative influence on enviroment.
